• Orders with confirmed payment before 6 PM (IST) will be dispatched on the same working day.
• Orders placed after 6 PM or on holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

2. Dispatch & Transport:

• Dispatch will be done via your selected mode of transport or self-pickup option.
• Some transport services share LR numbers on the same day, while others may take up to 24 hours.
• LR or tracking details will be shared within 24–48 hours of dispatch.

3. Self Pickup Option:

• If you choose Self Pickup, please arrange your courier and send us the shipping label immediately after order confirmation.

4. Communication:

• We kindly request customers not to call or message repeatedly for tracking, as it may affect the workflow.
• Rest assured, updates will be shared as soon as they are available.

5. Delivery Time:

• Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days, depending on your location and transport partner.
