Please ensure:
- 1. Start recording from the moment you open the parcel.
- 2. Show every piece while counting until the last item.
- 3. Ensure the video is continuous, without any cuts or pauses.
- 4. Send it to us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- 5. Our support team will verify and assist you with the exchange.
Note:
- 1. Complaints will not be accepted without a proper unboxing video as evidence.
- 2. We cannot accept any exchange or returns if the issue is reported after 7 days from
delivery.
